Dwight's co-worker and fellow bureaucrat. She too has been in the service for what seems like a lifetime, but remains somewhat out of touch with thinking outside the box.
Frank
Also Dwight's co-worker and fellow bureaucrat. He is new to the service and thinks that he should be The Big Guy, with high pay, a secretary and an enclosed office.
The decision maker in the service who bumbles his way from one decision to another. He is adept at dithering and totally clueless of all the talents held deep within the service.
